No. S.E.T. is designed so you can configure your gym yourself. There are no onboarding fees or waiting for custom maps. Simply upload your map, configure your gym, and start setting. If you need help at any point, our team is always happy to assist.
Setting up your gym in S.E.T., including your gym information, map, sectors, grading systems, hold colors, styles, and staff typically takes around 15 minutes, provided your gym map is ready to upload. Adding all of your current climbs usually takes up to a workday, depending on the size of your gym. If you already have your climbs in another digital system, and you own your own data, we're happy to help import them into S.E.T. to get you started faster.
Yes. If you already manage your climbs in another digital system, and you own your own data, we can help import your existing climb data into S.E.T., making the transition as smooth and fast as possible.
Yes. S.E.T. supports a wide range of grading systems, including color, number, V-scale, Font, French, and YDS. Enable only the grading systems you use, customize hold colors, configure grade ranges, and tailor everything to your gym. S.E.T. also includes a default library of climbing styles, but you're free to edit, remove, or replace it entirely. Create your own style groups and tags to match your team's routesetting philosophy.
No. S.E.T. uses transparent flat-rate pricing, so you can add as many climbs, routesetters, and staff members as your gym needs, without additional per-user fees.
Yes. Invite as many routesetters as you need and collaborate on the same tasks and climbs. Routesetters can access S.E.T. from both the web platform and the ClimbAlong App. You can also create routesetter profiles without inviting individual users if only one person manages the system.
Yes. Every S.E.T. subscription includes the ClimbAlong App. Routesetters can manage climbs and tasks on the go, while climbers can log ascents, rate climbs, suggest grades, complete circuits, and follow news and leaderboards.
Yes. S.E.T. is fully integrated with the ClimbAlong ecosystem. Share climbs through the ClimbAlong App, display them on gym screens with S.H.O.W., run competitions with S.C.O.R.E., and upgrade to S.P.O.T. at any time to automate performance tracking.
